Stranger's Doctor could very well be a Vykker. There's some art, and even a screenshot with a Vykker somewhere. However, I recently saw an online video interview with Lorne and a couple other Inhabitants. They said the only familiar thing would be fuzzles...everything else is new. Hmmmmm.
