That would be great, but then the price of the book would increase, as the book shop itself would want some profit.

There is a link on the Ballistic Publishing site for
bulk orders which also has some information about becoming a reseller. So it's stores like that I mentioned that would probably use this method [doubt it would be seen in major chain stores for the reasons already mentioned]. It also lists the discounts that are given based on how many books are bought and possibly more discounts if you are reselling. I hadn't noticed this little link on their site before ... guess I never had a reason to look at such.
Maybe if anyone who cannot order through credit card contacts Ballistic and asks about where they can buy it from, they might be able to tell the person of a reseller in their area.
