Adders definition is indeed correct... I intended it as a place for people to post random thoughts, ideas and feelings... without feeling like they'll get whupped by warnings....

I have no problem with random thoughts in general but I think the example Adder gave

was a bit extreme and would count as spam even in the spam thread.

It's designed for people who feel they MUST post, but have nothing to say.

If they have nothing to say, then they shouldn't say anything quite frankly.
