No. Just No. You want to chat about shoes and stuff, go to a chat room. This forums rules ban spam. No good will come of it except for clogging up the post database and raising peoples post counts without them making a good contribution to the forums.
Though I'll admit, it would be nice to rate spam on how bad it is ala the points system, but that could be a pain to keep track of.
