The strangest thing I saw was the Futurama episode with Martians (the people of Mars).
It might have just been and native american rip-off, but the three fingered hand and feather-hair leads one to believe that it's very Odd...

Yeah, then name "Native Martians" was mentioned, so I think it's safe to assume that they were based off of Native Americans. Also, the mention of making casinos with the giant diamond isn't a big hint, either.
On the Small Soldiers bit, I was obsessed with the Gorgonites (the monster toys in the film) in sixth grade, but I'm over it now. It wasn't THAT great of a movie. I think that Stranger may resemble Archer, but that's all. And I don't think anyone cares enough about Small Soldiers anymore to lawsuit-ify OWI.
