There's one golden rule, and that's to stop after writing your message and pressing the post button and think "Do I need to say that?" I stop myself at least a couple of times a day by doing this.

Haha, I do that a lot myself. Mostly if I'm not going to be adding anything constructive, or if I'm reiterating what a bunch of people allready said.

People who call you names don't REALLY know you. You are just words on a screen to these people. Don't take it to heart.
