Anyways, addressing the original question, it appears that the Xbox version is pretty much done and the extra time actually is for the PS2 port. So EA is likely the ones responsible for holding off the release, just as they're responsible for everything else you people seem to not like. I'd sooner blame OWI for being so desperate for a producer that they'd abandon whatever standards they've come to abide by.
