Ah, the Russian one that was drowned. Herd about that from the good old Fortean Times. I know they're not real bird-like wings; they're mearly semi-formed mutations of additional appendages growing from their back. Judging from my own experience, there are about as many reports as there are of five-to-seven legged cattle in India.
