I love that system, it makes perfect sense to me. You use the right-hand stick to turn up and down, so why not left and right? I know it's irritating when you want to turn around at someone sniping your behind. I've no idea what Halo plays like, but in TS2, you can aim with the right-stick, but push the stick further and the crosshairs go to the edge of the screen, and you turn quickly.

But to respond to PA, I think the gameplay is going to be a dream. GamePlay has been simplified immensely, freeing up more buttons, which means there won't be any more overloading of a single 'action' button. The two opposing views sounds as though they complement each other beautifully. I'm betting there will also be vehicles to ride in this game, at points.
