they figure out how to reprogram the teleporters to go back to blood gultch- but when they go through, they go back in time (or forward in time) to the point where blood gultch is no longer a box canyon, but nature has taken effect and has become a beautiful sandy beach, known as Zanzibar.
the reds and blues must then team up to defeat the vicious aliens that have overrun Zanzibar (the elites).
the teaming up thing may not be such a good idea, but the top part is the best i could come up with...
