I just can't get over the blatant wrongness of that statement.
I mean, first of all, art is hung in a
gallery, and not a museum. Secondly, graffiti is not just restricted to bathrooms, although that said I've never even seen any graffiti in the public restrooms where I live. Graf is all over the place.
But may I say that before you go off deciding what is art and what isn't, that you take a good look at what you consider to be "art". Because at the moment, I'd say your idea of art is very cliched, and uncultured.
