I think you may mean "aspergers" syndrome... it is actually quite common... on the spectrum scale of autism it isn't very high up there... many people with the disorder live very normal lives except they're extremely ordered and follow extreme patterns and routine... some are also "savants" (exceptionally gifted in an area... music maths memory etc) but that is quite rare.
