Pfft, sure people like me. Most people do. But do people really like me so much that they would want me to moderate OT?
The answer is no, probably not. Regardless of how good I might be at moderating that forum...
Which has caused me to come up with a very radical idea. Test moderators. All our candidates get their moderating spot for 1 week, and at the end of that week, the members must vote for the ones they thought were best at it.
I think I would feel more comfortable voting for people that way. You never know how some people will react to becoming a moderator.
