Aren't X Box's only like $100 now, though? Or are they still $150?

Even if I would only have to pay an extra $30 or so after taxes to get a new one, I would still want my old one for all my saved games.
I swear, if I somehow conjure up enough money to get my 'box fixed and it gets back
without my saved games, I'm gonna hella pissed. So much progress lost... so many hours wasted.
