The ability to make water bend to my will, basically turning tap water into a magical elixir that can cure any problem I have. Poor? Make the water turn dirt into gold? Want a super power? Make the water give you one! Its clearly the best wish because it is every wish and it gets around the imbecilic "can't wish for infinity wishes" clause.
