2. OWI said themselves back before the PS2 was even released, the next oddworld game would be on the next sony system. I believe their statement was somewhere along the lines of "we'd wait forever for sony to finish the playstation 2"
3. Xbox is a better system to program on and every developer knows that. PS2 is the hardest system out to program for. The reason the quality of PS2 games has gone up in the last couple of years is Sony was getting pissed off at developers for making shitty ports on the PS2.
