Actually, Multiplayer is the most enjoyable part of the game. You just need gameboy advances. But there's a way to play it multiplayer without gameboys. All you need is 5 Gamecubes, 4 wavebird controllers, 5 gameboyplayers, and 4 tv's ^_^
And yes, I highly recommend Resident Evil. That whole series is the very reason I bought a gamecube, and Resident Evil 4 can have my babies any day.
