Xbox, i have aready have an Xbox so. Xbox also has a save in hard drive.
PS2 has a hdd as well, granted it'll cost you an extra $150 for both it and the network adaptor required to hook it up. You do get a free game with it, but it's hardly worth it :P

Both ... as I own both consoles, I will be buying it on both. The US version firstly when it is released there [as I have an American Xbox], and then the local [Australian] release for the PS2.
You're a bit of a fan, now aren't you ^_^

Although I enjoy both consoles, I do seem to find that the PS2 has a wider range of games than the Xbox. Like you say, Xbox has a lot of FPS and racing games which I really aren't into. I find PS2 games appeal to me a lot more, particularly how there are a lot of RPGs. As a result, it seems that PS2 gamers seem to enjoy a larger range of games and although the Xbox has come a long way, the PS2 still has the larger market out of the two consoles.
The very point I was trying to make in the first place. No doubt since your an administrator, however, people will respectfully accept it when said by you :P
