Once again you are getting confused with EA as a game developer and as a publisher (read my last post for more detail)

Cuz there is one downside on public game biz stocks... theire free to buy and sell. Therefor, if EA just come's up with the right amount of money they can easely buy up the stocks that MS owns and the one's OWI owns. And Lorne would have no choice... if EA wants to buy stocks, legaly there is no way for Lorne to say no to them...

Rubbish. Absolute tosh. MS do whatever it likes with its stock as it owns and controls it. But noone can force Lorne and OWI to do anything with their 50%. And I doubt Lorne and Sherry will sell any more stock cos that means that they will lose their majority owning rights and could be forced to do something they don't want. And Lorne said all along that owning IP was why he formed OWI so selling more stock would work against that dream.
