I think that people have the right to believe what they want, so I won't be 'bashing' in this thread. Jesus wants us to all get along anyway. When ya go to heaven, God isn't gong to say, "Hmmmm, oh darn...you seem to be a Buddhist. Sorry, can't let ya in!" He'll judge you by your heart, actions...etc.

Actually God will not other people who believe in other religion in such as Buddhism into heaven. Since God gave the law saying you shall not worship false idols and he is the only God etc... But thats only the case when you have heard of Christianity and its teaching and rejected it. If you've been brought up only knowing Buddhism and not knowing Christianity or Jesus, then you will be judge by your actions etc.

From a personal point of view, and for myself, religion is pretty pointless and a complete waste of time. It'd do nothing for me at all, especailly when I have myself and those around me to belive in.

The point of Christianity is to give salvation to mankind. So you can live in heaven after you die and not burn in hell.
From my personal opinion, i cant really be bothered with religion, since spending 1.5 hours in church every sunday is too much. Which is my current situation.

"Why do you have to quote others when you can quote yourself?" (Quote by me)
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God.
You see things, and you say 'why'. But i dream things that never were and i say 'why not'.
