When i first started my site i emailed OWI legal department, the email address is somewhere on the oddworld site. They game me there permission and said if i display this
"This site is not officially affiliated with Infogrames or Oddworld Inhabitants in any way; some of these images are borrowed from Oddworld Inhabitants, Inc., and are copyright and ® and/or TM. "
I could use their images.
