No, technically the pistol is. Untechnically (I don't know what other word to use) the rocket launcher is. See the rocket launcher is the obvious n00b "Oh I have to get it then I will liek* own everybody!" When really it has a lot of downsides, whereas the pistol, the most overlooked weapon by n00bs has very little downsides.
