First go to the
"User CP" button...
Then click on the
"Edit Avatar" button, which you'll find on the left side of your
"User CP" screen...
Now you're at the
"Edit Avatar" page and you have the option to choose an avatar from the selection, upload your own from a URL or upload from your computer...
