I love the rain as well. Especially when it comes with dark clouds, lightning, thunder, and power outages!
I don't know why, but I enjoy just hanging out in the dark with a few friends and flashlights. No tv...no interent...no distractions. It's a setting like this, with the power out and all, that inspires great conversations and thought provoking discussion.
