There's no doubt in my mind that Episode 3 will make a lot of money. I sure hope it doesn't suck, because Lucas let me down with his two previous installments.
Okay George, if you're reading this...pay attention, I have some good tips for you.
Firstly, Special Effects are supposed to blend into the background...seamlessly combined with the set and actors...not take over the screen. Your special effects are so rediculous that it draws away from the story. The actors look like they're walking around in a video game world.
Next...you have great actors working for you. Let them act! Ewan McGregor has proven himself in other movies. If I'd only judged McGregor from seeing Star Wars, I'd think he was terrible at acting and should be shot.
Good writing would also help. I suggest letting someone work closely with you and do all your writing whilst you have the plot and ideas fed to him/her. You've shown me twice that you're not a good writer.
