He's killed wearing U.S. prison orange in a place that is colored and lighted oddly like the Abu Ghraib prison. Meanwhile, Berg was a portly, pale white guy without facial hair but in the span of 2 weeks he's cut, tanned, and sporting a hippy beard. Also, the executioners are white and total fat asses and are wearing body armor like a U.S. guard(or maybe a Russian mobster. Berg DID have ties with those people).
