Thank God!
Once you get past all the politics, America isn't such a bad place. When you get to the good, down to earth people that our country is partly made up of, America is great.
I have a friend from Scottland that flew out to visit, and he was very surprised at how America wasn't such a bad place after all. The news in Scottland made it sound like, and these are his own words, "it was full of crime and murder around every corner." Sure, we have crime and murder, but not around every corner. My friend was amazed that the drive-thru people at McDonalds told him to have a nice day. Apparently that doesn't happen in Scottland.
This is how things are in my neck of the woods......Friendly. Sadly, America isn't like that all over.
I'm just saying that America isn't completely bad...not void from badness. I fear it'll get more wicked in the future.
