If by PJs (no appostrophe - it's not possessive) you mean pajamas, then no. PJs is in fact a slang term for pajamas, which are worn in India as normal everyday clothing. However, these clothes were adopted for Western bed use some time ago, and the style has changed drastically, from long flowing silky robes to everything from cheep cotton underwear to thick coveralls and wrapsuits.

Just another typical example of how we steal things from anywhere we can.

I am Indian(northern Indian but I was born here in london) and they are not pyjamas. they are called Kurtha Pajamas which are different OKAAAy!
