Anyhoo...
IMHO ugly or less able bodied... go for your life... ruck like rabbits! But people who are lacking in intelligence... for those of us in the UK I'm talking charvers / chavas / townies and I guess for you guys across the pond "trailertrash" (not too sure on the terminology there!) there should be restrictions!
Bringing kids up into that lifestyle... NO WAY!
But thats just a few of my own personal thoughts on the matter....
