Well, this forum was working fine before he got here, so it will be interesting to see what he thinks need changing, and how much others agree with him.

Yeah... I hope that too. I can't stand people who crow.
Hopefully his ego is big enough to trip him up and then he will definitely make an impact... with ground where his sorry ass lands!
