Hey Alcar, I'd be interested in doing one...and I won't pull any of that "intellectual property" shit on you, I'm not like that. Anyways, is there a program I need or something?

Nope. What happens is, we do everything in plain HTML and CSS on our own personal computers, then we transfer everything over to the vBulletin Styles & Templates system.
Basically, if you want to get an idea of how it has to be set out, go to the forum home page, view the source, copy all of it, and fiddle around with it. Note that everything style wise is governed by the CSS. And must be, to conform to the vBulletin system.
