Protection has its place but I don't agree with the whole "best form of defence is attack" bollocks! If the whole world ran down their defence programmes, there'd be no need for defence as there'd be no need for attack... or something any way!

Saddam for the 15th millionth time was a growing threat. Notice I said growing. That means maybe not now but sooner or later he would un leash nuclear weapons on us.
