They have the costumes and everything.
At the shows the villians will come on stage during a song and try to take over the world, but the Aquabats will foil their plans and kick their asses in the process. It's good clean hilarity, and the music is the awesomest in the world.
Try downloading some of their stuff...I highly suggest Giant Robot Birdhead, Martian Girl, and CD Repo Man.
