Yes, an orginized event would let the parents know that time, effort and money was being put into this trip and it wasn't a murder-fest. And contact with parents and constant info of what was going on would be required.
I'd like to really do this sometime. I'm serious about this. It'd be perfect to make the trip concurrent with the release of an OW game. We could rent a nice space and set up a huge sound system and nice screen/projector and play the game and do cool stuff. I'd even like to make t-shirts and stuff so we'd remember it 4eva!
With an event that huge, maybe Lorne and crew could party with us.
