Wow, I never thought my little comment would cause so much controversy.
Sorry for anyone who got insulted about my complaint, I was just giving a short whinge to get it out of my system.
I wasn't specifically talking about Oddworld when I mentioned the whole suing thing. They aren't the only ones that that has happened to. For instance Terry Pratchett (the author) stopped visiting the forums about his books because people kept on discussing ideas for the future and he was worried about legal action (just to be careful; not because it had happened)
