I should be able to come up with some guidelines at some point - at this stage I don't think it's absolutely urgent to open the Spoiler Forum, but some time soon.

That would be grand.
But adding to a previous point. The last time the Spoiler Forum was opened, I don't think there was a major 'spoiling' of the game. Going off what happened in the case of Munch's Oddysee, I can't see anything drastic going wrong. We have two dedicated Moderators overseeing both General Discussion and the Spoiler Forum, so opening later rather than sooner shouldn't be a problem.
