Remants have no tags, nor is it a jpg. You have to learn about them more, this goes beyond normal (or advanced) comp/hacking knowledge. I would transcript my chat with the others but I'm not allowed...sorry.
There are languages that use such coding but they're very hard to come by and have only been distributed through a large line that only hackers of a particular forsythe are available to view. I will PM you with more info, you seem willing to learn.
Web Remanats and their creators have no webmasters, they are usually very secretive or unknown.
