Part 3

*Setting: A vertical column of black flame seemed to appear from nowhere, whooshing and roaring whilst turning slowly clockwise. Seconds passed and the column quickly shrank, shrank to the size of Amber, before shifting into her form. Three seconds later the towering block of black fire had changed into the powerful female who was wearing a pair of dark jeans with an old white t-shirt and black shoes, her black hair draped over her shoulders as her eyes flicked around the room she had manifested in. It was a large, modern living room. With pale beige walls, a soft carpet and large windows which showed all of the city that being situated on the 88th floor could show. The furniture was black and arty pictures hung on the wall. Turning around to face behind her she studied a door described by Margaret, the Pre-cog who she had kidnapped not long back and who was now, with Ambers coersion, slowly turning her powers to the dark side of magick. Slowly Amber stepped over to the door, hearing music from an unknown artist playing from behind it. As she approached she waved her left hand to the right, in an instant the doors knob turned and swung open, revealing a large bedroom with the bed opposite the doorway. The bed was large, and a dark red colour. And as she slowly made her way towards it, she cast her glance to the left, and saw the corpse of an Orkhid male sat crumpled on the floor. A single stab wound in his chest. Gian. His lifeless eyes open with sheer horror and the top part of his towel dyed a bile black through his blood. Amber smiled softly, closing the door telekineticly.*

Amber: "Gianni, Gianni, Gianni...heh, couldn't even tell the difference between an Assassin and his beloved wife of 11 years."

She purred these words. Glancing between the wall and the bed, Amber noticed a crumpled nightgown which had obviously being flung down by the assailant posing as his lover. Holding her left arm up, she used her mind to lift the Satin green gown and place it in her hand. She then turned to the back of the room where a brown walk in closet was situated and walked upto it, opening the doors with her mind she then grabbed a coat hanger and hung it up, closing the doors once she had done this. She then approached the corpse again and looked at it, amused.

Amber: "Such a shame, your wife will be utterly grief stricken."

A faint smile spread across her face as she stated this to the lifeless being. She then held out her hand, palm up and as she concentrated, caused a small test tube to materialise. A black flame taking the objects shape before the object itself manifested. The testube itself was sealed up with a small cork, and inside it was a strand of dark hair. Adeles hair.

Amber: "...And the Council, well, they'll be seeking out who's responsible with avengence. Heh. Every city will be heaving with Orkhid patrols."

Holding the tube with her second, third and fourth finger. She proceeded to pull the cork off with her index finger and thumb, before making a pair of tweezers appear in the same way she did the tube. Reaching inside the tube with the tweezers, she grasped the hair by the end and slowly pulled it out, looked around for a perfect spot and then dropped it, not too far from the door. Once she had depleted the use of the tube and tweezers, she dropped them, they then burst into black flames on the way down and disappeared into nothingness before hitting the ground. Not even leaving a small amount of ash or dust.

Amber: "There."

She smiled triumphantly before turning her attention to the bed, which was neat aside from a few crinkles on the edge. Holding her right arm up, she shook her hand gently from side to side, ruffling up the bedspread in hopes of making it look like a struggle had taken place. She then crouched down close to the corpse, looking at the undefined body of Gianni. Rubbing her chin in thought, Amber pondered how to make the murder less professional. Slowly raising her left arm, she pointed her index finger at the body and swished it around from side to side. In response small knife-like cuts appeared on the body. She then flicked out her index finger and began making the same vicious digs into the body that the Assassin had done with the murder weapon. She made these markings around where the initial deadly blow was, making it seem as if the perpetrator had struggled with killing Gian before finally penetrating the Heart. Standing up, she took one step back and assessed the final image. Raising her right arm up gently, palm facing upwards, she raised the body off the ground and then flung it on the bed, allowing it to bounce off and then roll back down to the ground.

Amber: "There, i think thats the ladies touch this whole incident needed. Now all i have to do is wait for the Council to do my job...if they're competant enough that is."

As she spoke these words in a gentle tone, the sound of the front door opening could be heard, closely followed by the gentle humming of Gian's wife. Now it was clear that Amber could do no more, smiling at the feeling of her own initiative, Amber consumed herself with black flames, before disappearing in a dispersement of soft black sparks. Leaving no trace that she had been to the scene or interfered...
