I did notice that they look the same, but they've become more vocal. In FOTR, it seemed the Orcs and Uruk's were the brutal growling type. Yelling and grunting as a form of communication. Then in TTT we see them speak as if they talk all the time. Nothing that really bugged me. I mean, it would have been really annoying to read captions as the Orcs hissed a conversation.
