I think the media wanted to devour Dean because he was a rebel. He would have made changes. He would have rocked the boat and that is the last thing they want. I don't understand why Dean was framed as some heartless guy while Kerry is always shown frolicking with his family. Dean has kids, too. He's also been in a loving marriage with a woman WITH A CAREER. Mrs. Dean is more than just arm candy and a photo-op opportunity, she actually has a job.That is why you don't see her that often, she's doing something a lot of politican's wives don't do:work This is what I hate about politicians, they don't want their wives to have careers but rather be figureheads and approval-ratings boosters.
