Depends on the type of Manga my friend. The original Manga was painted with a series of watercolour and oil washes laid on in thick, wet, Sbotes. Ink and pencil are then applied followed by a series of shading with a specific type of Uruki Ink. What I described earlier was similar but you have to be much more familiar with the techniques used with such paints, I'd start off with learning on how to draw anime first.
