Thats all economically great Al but you dident answer the question does it have to increase Home Owner's expense? You see what I am getting at? Its a two way road here. Home owners don't want to pay more and teachers want to make more than what they get. The issue here is how do u balance both sides out? And raising taxes is not the answer because one side will altimately not benefit from it. Small business owners will lose out. Is that fair for the small business owner? No it isn't. So what do you do to benefit both sides of this issue?

Well teachers can easily get better wages and the way to do that is to go back to school and become more educated. That altimatically raise their income. It may take a little longer but at least they are benefiting from it by being educated and not simply being paid more on the spot but still not being able to teach good. Ok so teachers who don't teach well or hate their jobs can easily change their profession. Why do they have to stick to teaching if they don't enjoy it? Or if he or she is a bad teacher and makes the youth feel stupid why can't the teacher go back to school and earn a masters degree and become more educated? And people who are underpaid can still go to college and earn their masters. There are community colleges out there that support people who don't get a good income and are going for a higher education to become better at what they do. We have the capability of doing these things. Thats a wounderful way of increaseing teacher's wages and keeping Home owners expenses down.

What I am saying is you can't support just one side and leave the other to nothing. You can't just give teachers better wages and expect them to teach better at the Home Owner's expense. And if the teacher doesn't love their job then they can find something else because if not they will be miserable for the rest of their lives.
