The problem is why do Home owners have to pay increased taxes for better wages for teachers? Theres another issue.
There is other ways to pay teachers better wages than increases on the Home owner's expense. I pay taxes you don't I am sure, but you will when you get older guaranteed.
Now as a tax payer I don't want to pay more I want to save income for myself. I want to get into starting my own free lance Illustration business. I can't do that when my taxes are increased because the teachers are getting poor wages. If my taxes are increased I won't have enough money to support my business. The bottom line is we need some other way of raising better wages for teachers other than increasing tax rates on home owners. And there is other ways.

Well I would just rather pay still money if it guaranteed that we had some better teachers instead of making our youth who struggle feel stupid. In middle school, I had horrible math teachers who I could tell hated teaching, and I never learned anything I got low Bs to Bs in their classes. As soon as I got the highschool level Math clicked because I was able to understand the concepts because the teachers were willing to actually teach. Since Freshman year through this year Ive gotten Straight As in advanced mathematics, and such, and have a lot more confidence that I understand things than I ever did before.
Before I digressed a little bit there, I understand your reasoning with money from tax payers, but maybe instead of always pumping money into our military continualously we can take that money and work on making our education system a lot more accomdating to students, etc.
