I wouldn't mind Avatars/Banners with more bytes. I prefer having "simple" animated avatars, but no matter how "simple" I seem to make them they're always too big. The newbies should really do their lil' parusal through the rules that's required...I can recognise those who don't read the rules.
Some of the new-comers' posts have lately been atleast 40% SPAM, I think newbs should make a habit of reading the rules until memorised if necessary.
