I'm confused by this term "maquette" that Oddguy and paramiteabe use. Does this just mean statue or model or something? As I've never heard of that term in my life, and are just assuming. We just say statue, model or sculpture over here.
Actually, now you mention it ... *hunts image collecton*. There you go. You miss these things when you have such an extensive collection to go through. I think the picture comes from some Italian site.
