I doubt that anyone knows who that character is unless its this thing I've heard (but not read) about, i think the thing on the shoulder is called Slip and has skin flaps and was made by this person called Cherie (or something like that) on Oddworld.au.com
On the other hand it could have been your constantly-talking nameless shaman from your last story with a rat on his shoulder (or Ben but i dont know how he might have shrunk)
