One of the only reasons I didnt mind the long ending after Mt. Doom, was I like to know everything that happens to the chacters, and I like longer epilogues, and complete closure so I'm not left with any big questions. 
Thats one thing that was plaguing me after the third Matrix, I just wanted more closure. |

Now, the real reason I'm posting...
The Golden Globes are on tonight and I'll be watching to see if ROTK gets any awards. I'm also hoping Nip/Tuck gets something. What a crazy show!
Anyway...if ROTK does well at The Golden Globes, it could help Peter Jackson and his team for The Academy Awards. *crosses fingers*
