Charlie "YardBird" Parker was the leader of the BeBop Jazz Revolution, a break through style that he helped create and took music by storm in the late forties, and early fifties, before his death by a stroke, from excessive drug abuse in his life. He was only 35 years old when he did in 1955, regarded as one of the best Saxophone players ever.
