There are no other seige tanks. E3 is a shite convention, because it spawns all this weird erroneous crap that's usually about 50 miles from the truth.

It isn't actually a siege tank as such, some n00b dubbed it that because they thought it had wheels. It is actually a stationary cannon type thing, Sorry I should have explained that earlier.
