this reminds me of a training excersise my mates dad did. It was in Greenland or someplace with lots of snow. They had to find a dummy Scud missile, and tell and American in a A-10 overhead where it is so he could bomb it. They found it. The missile was on a ERP and bright orange, and a clear day that was really bright. They tell the American. He flys right over they're heads. "I dont see it" he says. He flys over another time. "I dont see it..." he flys over a third time. "Ah, i see it." he fires the 30mm cannon on the A-10 and flys away. When they get back to base they meet the pilot of the A-10. "Did you see me! i shot that Scud clean in half!" he said "No mate, you missed" and he had.
